Milford Little League – Summer 2026 Baseball Workout Program

The Milford Little League Summer 2026 Baseball Workout Program is designed to provide players with a structured, positive, and instructional environment to continue developing their baseball skills during the offseason. This program focuses on both individual improvement and team-oriented fundamentals, helping players build confidence, discipline, and a deeper understanding of the game.

Milford Little League is committed to the growth and success of every player, regardless of skill level. Through this summer program, participants will receive hands-on instruction in key areas such as hitting, fielding, throwing mechanics, base running, and overall game awareness. Workouts will emphasize repetition, proper technique, and encouragement, ensuring that each player improves at their own pace while being challenged to reach their full potential.

The program fosters a supportive and energetic atmosphere where players are encouraged to learn, compete, and have fun. Coaches and volunteers will provide guidance in a way that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game of baseball.

Program Details:

• Season: June through Mid-August 2026  Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays
• Focus: Skill development, fundamentals, and team building
• Environment: Positive, instructive, and encouraging
• Workout Schedule: Workouts will be offered two days during the week and on Sundays. Participants are encouraged to attend as many workouts as possible.
• Registration Fee: $40 per player
